Balance Your Chakras
WHERE TO START?
This technique assesses the health and balance of your Chakra system.

By using a pendulum, I can interpret whether each of your Chakras are IN ALIGNMENT (balanced) or OUT OF ALIGNMENT (either hyper-active or under-active).

When you have this information you are able to adjust accordingly and bring your Chakras back into balance.

This is a 60 minute session that can be delivered in two ways; either with you live on Google Meet, or behind the scenes while you sip on a tea, curled up in bed, listening to some amazing meditation music.

This session begins with the Chakra Assessment / Pendulum Scan (as outlined above), but instead of stopping at the current state of your Chakras, we take it up a notch with the full Chakra Alignment Technique.

ABOUT
Astrida Sharpe is a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master and a Certified Past Life Regression Practitioner. She infuses these healing modalities for her unique signature offer; Karuna Meets Past Life, which has been described as “immensely healing and even more magical!”.

Astrida began her personal healing journey in 2019 after experiencing a rock bottom where she barely recognized herself. She has met her edges and her challenges, diving deep into shadow work, shame healing and radical self-leadership, and she uses everything that she’s learned to support other women in becoming the most aligned versions of themselves.
